I think you'll find strict stalling pretty fast but I like the general idea of the plan, very simple and only 1 way to see if it'll work... | ||

Nope- doing the same thing I did with my squats for both deads and strict- Russian squat routine- http://www.exrx.net/WeightTraining/Weightlifting/RussianSquatP... I'm convinced it'll work as I'm used to stupid volume/intensity. I think JC did it for deads once and did OK. Whats the worst that could happen......... | ||

Thanks Pete, was good to see you again too 280+ deadlift is where it's at in the U90 up there, probably more by next year.... My plan is to be competitive next year, hopefully top 5- this year was all about experience and building up. The U90 standard is mad though, lots to do to keep up!
