flat back, no legs, grip was closer than usual- 2 fingers on the smooth. Pressing is pretty weak without an arch/legs.

Seated DB curl:
5,5,5,4 20kg (with 2 14kg drop sets)
Klokov press:
10x bar

I too believe this to be true. How is the sciatica after the last attempt at deadlifting?

Not sure- it's not bothered me, but i've not done anything that makes it hurt. Felt it a bit with farmers today, but not much. Avoiding squats and deads seems to be doing the trick.

This was possibly the hardest squatting I've done. Feeling pretty rough on the later sets, really wanted to vomit and the 90 second rest period was to short to recover properly.
10 minute break.
Ham curls:
10,10,10,10, 5+5+3(drop sets)
Calf raise:
10,10,10
Jelly legs, home time. Hard work but enjoyable (in a S&M way ) Glute didn't hurt- tight and a bit numb kind of, but no stabbing pain. Quads are shot! I expect tomorrow may be sore.

Loads of ab work- rollouts, leg raises, crunches etc
Got 7 ab rollouts (topless PR ) :
And had a crack at a 'Dragon Flag' at the end off the session, which I'll nail soon:
Interesting change to the norm; ab rollouts make your face feel like it's going to burst!
