Back Squat (High Bar, 14" box, touch n go)

Hard session, legs are still jelly.
Tried front squats but I was hopeless, I either choke with the bar against my neck or it rolls down my arms. I have the wrist flexability of Jeremy Beadle.

Todays conditioning:
Change from the norm- sand bag carries in a field.
2x 30m front carry waddles
6x 30m running shoulder carries
Couple of hundred meters walking shoulder carry to the field and back. Hardest thing was getting back...
Topped up the bag last week, weighed in at almost 75kg on the dot today. Legs were killing me from yesterdays squats, no pain no gain I suppose!

Tonights conditioning, went for a change:
•5 Dumbbell Snatches Per Arm
•5 Dumbbell Swings Per Arm
•10 Burpees
•Rest ~30 seconds and repeat 5 times (used a 22kg dumbbell)
This is the hardest conditioning session I've done so far, totally wrecked at the end.

my sandbag is 75 mate and its not an easy session shouldering that !! sets of 5 or 8 shouldering and you soon wanna have a sit down !!
