Thought i'd try them for something new, think it should be doable soon. My face is a bit messy now though, loads of red spots all over my neck too! - look sunburnt....

Leg ext x 2 sets
Leg press x 3 sets
Hack Squat x 3 sets
Stiff leg deads x 2 sets
Calf press x 3 sets
Calf raise x 2 sets

Going to follow a Dorian Yates plan for a while to see how it goes. Totally different to my usual stuff- only 1 (or sometimes 2) warm up set and one top set to failure for each exercise- and only 60 seconds rest between everything... was very tough going, only took 50 minutes.

pulley lat raise 1 set
Tri pull downs 2 set
Skull crushers 2 set
seated tri ext 2 set
done, no more than 60 sec rest.

Enjoying this Bodybuilding stuff. Pretty boring for anyone to read however....

Also what is a BD Press?

Definitely bodybuilding, maybe strongman again to if all goes well- need an aim or training will go stale.

Yeah, as a natural, already down on bodyfat a fair bit. I like the idea of looking ripped... I think it'll help rehab my injury too as I need a break from constant squat/deadlift, and ultimately help me get stronger. I'll be doing U90 next year too all going well, and look awesome to boot Grin Cool

My gym's got a few pro body builders so is the perfect place to learn, really enjoying it so far. Got a baby on the way any day now so need to have short & sweet gym sessions, and be able to do some stuff at home too.

Watch this space, I'll put up a pic when I get a bit better Happy
