THat 165 front squat looked so easy! 200 is probably there now! My front delts/shopulder bone!? hurts after front squats. And my right wrist.

Tom forgive me if this sounds stupid but, iv spent many many hours reading your training log a hell of a lot and I can't figure it out. Do you follow any kind of plan atall or do you just do whatever you want whenever you want?

So you pretty much just work on what feels right that day but try to do a bit better than last time you did that excersize? No particular structure?

Pretty much.... last time I did some oly squats i did 205 x 5....the time before that i did 220 x 1 i think....so next time i'll either do 225 x 1 or 210 x something i dont know whatever

See because whatever you do seems to work pretty dam well. Hence the world records and stuff

Absolute monster of a day!
1. Front Squats - goal of 170kg

70kg x 1
100kg x 1
120kg x 1
140kg x 1
160kg x 1

NICE. They felt comfier as they got heavier, the 170 was easier than the 165 last time was. 175 next...maybe Friday.
2. Cleans - not done any of these in a very very long time, and not done any over 100kg in even longer

140kg x 1 - actually not too hard! Caught it quick, and standing up was a piece of piss, even with whatever front squat technique I've developed. My conclusion is, weoghtlifters are allowed to use their backs if they have backs...

280kg x 1 - (all to pin 15 - 270 and 280 were PB's, felt easier than last time)

250kg x 1 - pin 12 - borderline legal depth! Pleased with this, matches my belt only PB and with a really slow descent looking for the pins! I'd like a touch lower to be certain, but if I was doing normal squats it would've been easier to do so. May take these down to pin 11 in the future, but my main concern is the pin 15 stuff, until I get to oh I don't know, 300 sounds nice...

And finished, at 9pm! Started work at the gym at 10am, started training at 1pm....f**king long day! Rewarding though!

Glucose mainly lol. I have breaks in between and f**k off to MacDonalds too....but mostly sugary drinks during the sessions
