It certainly is, and maybe the only time on a power bar and not my lovely comfortable springy weightlifting bar? It's only now starting to feel alright squatting with this bar, so I'm sure it counts as something worth considering...

I enjoyed watching that squat video. I enjoy most of your squat videos tbh. You don't look like you enjoy doing the movement, but you do look like you enjoy doing the weight. I could be wrong, but that's what I see which makes me right even if I'm wrong.

It's very unnatural movement for me due to body proportions and relative strengths, I have to constantly think about forcing a lot of positions to happen rather than just getting on with it, or it all f**ks up. I do love doing the movement, it's just difficult. Almost as difficult as the weight itself.
