Looks like a super session to me!
I imagine we have very different views on what would make a s**t 17" deadlift or a s**t log though. They're probably the stuff my dreams are made of!*

140 x 8 was going for 10+ lol
still do not like 1reps
floor press 2nd go but do like it
90 x 4
130 x 4
140 x 2
150 x 2
160 x 1
165 x 1 PB
130 x 8 rep PB
decline bench press
90 x 6
110 x 4
130 x 1
140 x 1
150 x 1
160 x 1 up by 10kg on last sess
100 x 10
that was that
need to keep to a plan. now this is it for bench for 5 or 6 weeks .
and reps at the end of the sets. was happy with this session.
