 abs by summer 2011? Experts opinions vary Member 290, 2552 posts | Smalls - weight loss was sort of on track, but at 110 I was depleted as f**k. Nowhere to go from there. Carbed up a bit last night and was 114 this morning. Needed to be 108 in this condition and 6kg in 2 weeks isn't going to happen. Joni - no worries about the weight creeping back on mate. Going to lift in the 110s this year. All my fans can see me competing at St Ives though and I'll be at the 105s as a spectator/loader/assitant if Ben needs help | ||
