Yoke 300kg x 20m, Duck Walk 200kg x 20m (head to head) Event 4: Log Clean & Press. 105kg for reps. (head to head) Event 5: Farmers Walk. 2x115kg x 40m (turn at 20m) (head to head) Event 6: Atlas Stones. 110kg to 60", 120kg to 56", 135kg to 52", 160kg to 48" (head to head) Supported by Olympic Sports Gym & atlasstones.co.uk Goody bag for every competitor sponsored by Lancaster Sports Nutrition & Powerade.
