thanks mate as 1st go at front seated strict press 105kgx 3 is my pb
120kgx 1 is pb strict press behind nice

my get 120 + on front press as i like this and it is easier.

Nice strict pressing mate. Just creep those 1 RM up by 2.5kg or 5kg each time and you'll be smashing it in. Do you do seated front press on smith machine ?

no free weights out my squat rack .

am going to up the weight but keep at 3 or 4 reps till i get 120+
