I might just keeping upping the reps this time when I get to 30 kg-like you said, a great exercise. anyway, this morning was a bit of pre-breakfast cardio (35 minutes on the elliptical trainer) followd by some shoulder pre-hab, and neck and ab work. In and out in 45 minutes-all good. | ||

You can quite easily handle 40kg+ with a bit of practice. | ||

just smoked Ed and Neil - EAT MY GOAL Member 120, 1582 posts | didn't have time to update yesterday;It was: squat 102kg 5 5 5 bench 94kg 2!!! 5 5 5 I wasn't mentally ready on the 1st set of bench. i unracked it thinking about something else and expected it to be light for some reason. It felt heavy as **** and after struggling through 2 reps I reracked it and started again. Deads 140kg 5 Not a stellar session to be honest. My bench technique is also horrible, but I'm not sure how to improve it. | ||

just smoked Ed and Neil - EAT MY GOAL Member 120, 1582 posts | yesterday' session, and a mighty solid one it was too Squats 106kg 5 5 5 bench 96kg 5 5 5 1st one of this set was paused.(never in doubt) deads 145kg 5 I was set for 95 on the bench and 142 on the squats, but I felt good and just bumped it up. I think now would be a good time for a deload week. I will do Saturday and Tuesday a light full-body workout and then get back to heavy progression at the end of next week. All is good. | ||
