These mught be great for conditioning, but they are a bugger on the joints. I think it is dropping into the press up position that is problematic. I'll have a think about it and see if something else will do. Hopefully the shoulder is nothing major. | ||

This turned it into a 1rm so I stopped and tried again. I the did exactly the same thing This is a tough exercise alone. 30/8,8,8,8,8 close grip decline 50/2 70/3 82/8 60/8,8,8,8,8 Then some biceps | ||

Today was: Squats Worked up to 112/5 db bench Worked up 42/2 his is a problem. Getting the f**kers up for the first rep takes such an effort that I can't do any more! The obvious solution is to do them for reps and do bench for heavy stuff, but the shoulders might say otherwise. Chins 5 bb curl 40/10 | ||
