I'm coming away from big/heavy strength moves that put strain on the body. I'd like to work towards a full rep on Nordics I think, but that is a way off yet! | ||

not particularly well educated Member 85, 10990 posts SQ 170, BP 130, DL 260560.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | sparred 3 full rounds with the gigantosaurus Friday , i was physically exhausted by the end legs like jelly and took 10 minutes to get my breathing back to normal , got battered as well , f**king loved it! we got a bit carried away in round 2 and one of the trainers had to come and tell us to calm down ! 2 50 year old's getting a bollocking like we were back at school! | ||
