Walk your talk Member 5, 25557 posts Administrator | Ed , if you can knock out a solid interval session with a 16 ...... say 30 seconds on 15 off x 20 then you know you are getting into good shape plus your back / core has to be solid enough to handle it | ||

Walk your talk Member 5, 25557 posts Administrator | what is the actual name of these not atall turkey sterons ? 3lb of turkey meat would be a welcome addition to my granny frame. also , I tracked down a twitter handle that smalls uses (not very often , usually replys/questions regarding various crypto investing) ....anyhoo , I followed him and have seemingly been blocked or he deleted his account ....eitherway , bo***cks to him. i have been listening to some tremendous books on fibre consumption / microbiome ..... i feel absolutley splendid !! hope things are going well nedward ...still not heard anything from your bro | ||
