i still have the worst DOMS i have ever had from wednesdays hack squats , getting off the bog is not much fun.

10 minutes running machine
10 minutes rowing machine
some minutes on the punch bag

hex bar deadlift 180kx5 190kx5 200kx1(ego lift the 190k set ruined me and the form was horrible on this, i just wanted to see if i could do it)
dumbel rows 40k x10/10
pull ups 8/8
kettlebell snatches 12kx20 16kx20 20kx20 16kx20 12kx20

shouldnt have gone as heavy on the deadlifts its too early and my form broke down towards the end of the 190kset ,leaving me with a slightly sore lower back, back to 5's and less weight next week
