I go fairly heavy from time to time but I do enjoy the higher rep stuff more. 45 reps with 70kg was a killer, I'll aim for 50 next time I put all my vids on instagram now, and a few on facebook. | ||

So just getting better at handstands, pull ups, muscle ups, pistols and that type of stuff. I'd still like to get back to some decent numbers but that isn't my main focus. You'll see any improvements I make on Facebook, although I put more stuff on Instagram as less negative c**ts on there ha. | ||
