Cheers mate, was worried actually leading up to the comp as I hadn't trained events for ages. So I was going into tyre flip and stones having not trained them all year. I have had to ditch the heavy ish deads every session. Back can't handle it anymore. Will do 2 heavy (1 SLDL and 1 deficit) and then 2 light on deads. Hopefully maintain the gains. Overhead felt snappy. As long as I keep working for the next 3 weeks I can ramp it up for the Arnold's as soon as Jan 1st 2016 comes round. Word! | ||
