yeah usually single out then drop down and do some rep work.
only did 6 singles with 180 tho because they all felt abit messy, was waiting for one to feel easy so i could go up. never happened so i pissed off home.

picked the stones up y'day so decided to have a gud bash on the 85kg stone, comp in 3 weeks and before today ive yet to get a stone off the floor....
85kg - 4ft stand - FAIL. Great start
85kg - just about got it on but ugly as f**k.
moved onto throwing the stone over 4ft yoke
85kg - fail
85kg - fail
85kg - fail
85kg - fail starting to panic and considering setting fire to my head
85kg - x 1
85kg - x 1
85kg - x 1
85kg - x 1 mark starts lobbing the stone onto his shoulder at this point like its a pebble. t**t.
85kg - x 3 failed last attempt
85kg - x 4 failed last attempt

starting to make some sort of sense towards the end, f**ked up excercise tho...

off to the pub for some carbs.....

cheers joni, yeah ive got a long way to go mate. i find it really tough getting over the 4ft yoke, wish i was a few inches taller..

nice work there kev. once it clicks with the stones they become much easier. like joni says practise is the key.
