Good effort Malc, I'm obviously a bit slow noticing your log had been resurrected.
Squat and Deadlift both looked good this evening, didn't see the bench, but wouldn't worry about it. Probably just knackered from week back training.
Although, have just noticed your bodyweight, 99.9kg! Your nearly 3kg lighter than me, shows what you have achieved mate, who would have thought that from when I met you nearly 4 years ago at 80kg that you would be calling me fatty now
