Having to try and fit my training into 3/4 sessions a week now...

First real session worth writing about for the last month or so...

Incline bench press

Dips (slingshot - protect shoulders) 5x10kg

Back on it now, but no real plan of action regards competition.

So it's going to just be basic strength training, until I decide what's next.

The last week or so of training has been s**t... had a tooth infection and antibiotics and that hit my numbers harder than expected....

Yeah struggling to get any where much at the moment....

Alex had to have emergency C-section. So just getting training in where possible at the moment...

Really fancy getting a powerlifting competition in this year...
