Log cleans 147.5x1 167.5x1 (clean felt heavy but once it was racked it felt fairly comfy) Yoke 100x36 180x36 260x18 7s 260x18 8s 260x18 7s 260x18 7s 260x18 7s f**king couldn't quite go under 7! Medley: tire flip 350x5, 120 keg x10m, 185 drag x18m 1:35 (PB by approximately 3 minutes lol, epic quad burn on drag!) Burpees with 12kg weighed vest I did 20 Mate did 20 I did 15 Mate did 15 I did 15 Mate did 15 Not fun! Done. | ||
