Push press 20xlots 40x10 60x5 80x3 100x2 120x1 (tired) Prowler suicide 20kg +prowler 5x30m rested while the other guy went. 4x30m 3x30m 2x30m 40kg +prowler 1x30m Bicep curls xafew Done, then 10 bas***d pieces of chicken at KFC bloated isn't the word! | ||
