I tried to do GHR like pete rubbish said but just couldn't figure out how to do it. it just felt wrong. I am convinced the machine was set up for a really tall person

Good job with the PBs there. Nice to see that solid work going in.Thanks for the diet advice btw. Yeah I miss the milk really bad. I was having an amazing time in 2011 because of the blue top and carbs but now I can't do it.
