Right now, due to the current stage I am at in terms of my strength (way down) and techers (wank) I am training as often as possible. Most days in fact. This won't continue forever, certainly not for the strength work.

I love my home made blast straps. Squatting was decent enough, feeling a lot loser in the bottom position and my legs actually get tired doing it which is certainly a novelty. I'd hate to guess at what I'd max at right now. It would be terrible.

In my case, its a pair of straps from Halfords designed for holding down a roof rack with the handles from a crossover machine attached to them. Hang them off a chin up bar and makes a pair of hanging handles, similar to gymnastics rings.

Big session. Nailed one of two of the jerks, slowly getting there. Snatches were decent enough. 105 clean was really nice, shouldve doubled it. Confident of a clean PR soon (PR is 110). Good session.

Not great after yesterdays extended session. Feel like I definitely learnt something about how to snatch today though so that is a definite positive.
