130 x 5 was fast. I used my belt on the last 3 sets of 110 x 5's and they absolutely flew. I really see me getting a fair amount out of a belt.

I military pressed and deadlifted at the end of last week but Ive been very busy and didnt log the sessions. Nothing exciting happened in either.

Havent updated this or my lifts in a f**king age mate. May as well start again! Notable lifts in the meantime:

Binning PL for the minute, going to give oly lifting a good crack. Currently running a cycle of smolov for FS. Not too sure why, its hard as f**k.

jump onto new box thing in the gym + bumpers, worked up to a high approach jump with Paul, few inches below nipples.

For future reference, anyone interested in front squat smolov, get uninterested in it quickly. Also dont work up to a max jump directly before doing it and then start squatting 2 hours into the session.
