I used my belt on the last 3 sets of 110 x 5's and they absolutely flew. I really see me getting a fair amount out of a belt. | ||

Nothing exciting happened in either. Today ball roller mobility stretch squat bar x 10 bar x 10 bar x 10 60kg x 3 100kg x 1 105kg x 3 120kg x 3 140kg x 3 110kg x 3 110kg x 3 110kg x 3 110kg x 3 110kg x 3 GM 60kg x 10 60kg x 10 60kg x 10 various abs. 140 x 3 was very fast and easy, building up to a shot at 160 x 8 next week (which via 1rm calculator works out at 200). | ||

Also dont work up to a max jump directly before doing it and then start squatting 2 hours into the session. | ||
