Not surprising after yesterday perhaps. Decided to play it smart on the fs and not go mental since there probably wasn't anything decent in the tank today anyway, so just did some technique stuff. Pulls felt good, I think they help me to be more consistent on the main lifts. | ||

I'm going to do weightlifting for as long as I can manage it. Hopefully I wont end up being too bad. Today: foam roller (pvc pipe) mobility oh squat snatch bar work 40kg 2 x 2 50kg x 2 55kg x 1f2 - first one was a pearler 55kg x 2 60kg x 2 - good c&j bar work 40kg x 5 60kg x 2 80kg x 2 f first jerk 80kg x 2 just clean jerk bar x s**tloads bs 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 100kg 3 x 3 I am s**t at jerking. I need to sort it out urgently. I think I ll start doing it solo after snatching and before cleaning. Or maybe even first in some sessions as its a priority. | ||

I figured that doing what you enjoy is important so why not go for it. I've come to it way too late to get to a decent standard (I'm 23) but I'm going to give it the best shot that I can. | ||

Best powerlifts 195/145/252.5 done at 85-90kg. I've since lost a fair bit of bodyfat and spent a lot of time working on mobility/flexibility so I can get into decent catch positions. It's improved massively, but still needs a little more work. | ||
