I'm not too worried about where I'm going to end up, I'm just going to train my bo***cks off and see where it gets me. I've not squatted in a good while whilst sorting my mobility out, so back squatting 200, front squatting 160+ and sorting out my techers are immediate priorities. I'm a PhD student at the moment so I have a fair amount of time to recover etc meaning I can train a whole lot which helps. | ||

I front squatted 150 x 2 right before it started so I guess in a few weeks I'll be able to tell how far off that I am now. I'm doubtless weaker but I'd mainly attribute that to not being able to squat/deadlift during that time rather than the weight loss. I've previously frontied 140 and pulled 230 at 77-78 and not hugely lean so hopefull I wont be totally wank at this weight! | ||

I can relate to the flexibility thing for sure, from the little I have messed about doing some olympic lifting I found that very challenging also. Training is going well, hitting a lot of rep pb's the last wee while so hopefully some nice pb singles ahead. | ||
