Ate like a pig yesterday and was lethargic today but dragged myself in to a nice wee session. On the bus to training I was sitting higher up and there was this hot thing sitting facing my seat. Luck would have it that I could see right up her skirt and by the gods her underwear was small. I've never waddled so awkwardly off a bus in my life my dick was ready to DIVE DIVE DIVE! 2000 leagues into the depth of the muff.

SQUATS
2 sets of 5 reps with 122.5kg (first set/ the ugly set in video. Second set was far cleaner)

FRONT SQUATS On video
Felt strong but video playback shows my injury from last week falling down the hole.
1 set of 8 reps with 85kg (right knee shows problem)
1 set of 5 reps with 90kg (Right knee really twisting in this set)

BENCHPRESS
1 single with 112.5kg PB FAST REP
1 set of 3 reps with 100kg
1 set of 40 reps with 50kg PB

FULL CLEANS
Sexy as f**k triples all the way up to 85kg. Pure sex.

AB WORK
Bear crawls
Hand walkouts
30 wrestling sitouts fast as f**k! I still got the moved baby :P

Mate congrats on the 112 press, the 115 was almost there as - was shouting at you from the squat rack you just missed after half way! Your'e very close to your goal as am I, well my dinner was very interesting - sausage surprise, yep I was surprised alright when she put that in front of me... 3 sausages, mashed potato and mashed carrot and parsnip wow!!

Cherry coke is my favourite - got a whole crate of it from Costco as itt was on offer, now going to have some more birthday cake left over from last week - gettin old now 33, btw enjoy your trip up north am jealous as could do with time away from work and other things, see you Tues.

I'm gonna try and keep this crawling forward as long as I can. I'm really looking forward to the prospect of a 120 bench. Then I can aim for the big 3 blues a side after it, however long that'll take!

Thanks for the shouting Ross Happy It does remind my stupid ass to keep pushing harder. I feel like if I hadn't done the 112.5 beforehand, it might have maybe gone up. Sausage surprise is a good dinner. I love all that kind of food. It's what I was brought up on and I'd sooner see a plate of mince, swede and mash than a Pizza or a curry anyday!
Cherry coke really is the bomb. I went through a big phase not that long ago where I was having a Dr. Pepper or a can of cherry coke every day. The flavours are a bit more unique than other drinks. Happy Birthday man and I hope you enjoyed that cake. You're the same age as my middle brother now, the one who popped out before I did.
The mountains have always been a release for me. You should get out there some time. You're absolutely made for climbing and walking I reckon.


Last night I went to bed pretty early. The session caught up with me and when I got home I was absolutely f**ked in a huge way. I was so tired I had to sit down in the bath whilst taking a shower and I didn't even have the energy to play the computer.I just sat and watched the T.V. sort of though I can't even remember what was on. I have no idea why it hit me so hard, maybe the intensity of the session was a little too much for me. It's probably a good idea that I'm not deadlifting tomorrow as much as I wanna hit this last big session before I attempt a new PB.
I don't feel particularly stiff today but my head feels a little fuzzy.
I reckon I'll lift some rocks on the hills over the weekend. Either that or I'll rope a few climbers together and deadlift them?
