Got a session in at Europa Weightlifting Club this evening working in with Andy Callard. He was ridiculously quick and PC and jerked up to 130!

The place is awesome!

Clean & Jerk
50kg x 2,2,2
70kg x 2
90kg x 2
100kg x 2
110kg x 2 - I did a single but he wouldn't allow it and made me do doubles.
120kg x 2
125kg x 1
130kg x 1,1,1

Solid. Hard training in front of a mirror though.

Clean pulls
150kg x 5,5,5 - He also made me do that.
140kg x 3,3,3

High bar squat
50kg x 5,5
90kg x 5
110kg x 5
130kg x 5
150kg x 5

Legs were like jelly at the end.
