That was my 1984 college wrestling weight. You must have under 5% body fat. Get dipped and see how lean you are.

I'm not sure about my body fat % Bill.

Yesterday I trained at 8am before work.

The warm up is stretching the muscles that are going to be used whilst walking.

The YTW and plate retractions are mobility exercises with a small plate.

Don't you English men know anything?
