The 'press in clean' is the Sots Press.The name comes from USSR weightlifter Viktor Sots who has supposedly done an impressive 160kg in the lift. How much truth there is in that I don't know. Unless I've seen it in person on YouTube I tend not to believe it. ![]() | ||
