Got a session in today as I ant train tomorrow.

Power snatch:
40kg x 2,2,2
50kg x 2
60kg x 2

Power clean + push jerk:
60kg x 1,1,1
80kg x 1,1
90kg x 1
100kg x 1
110kg x 1

Front squat:

Bent over row x 10,10,10

Superset with...

Pull ups x 10,10,10.

Delt hurts with clean grip and on the dip before the jerk Unhappy

Did you go everything you're supposed to or did you have to cut stuff out due to delt strainz?

Not down this week as off with the kids and will prob miss next Monday as its Bank Holiday. Will be back to normal after that though. Usually get down about 4:15 nowadays and out of the door by about 6.
Would be good to get the odd session in with you.
