About 10 minutes before I got to him an artic had drifted and ploughed his car. Not a good scene. It took me ages to bring myself to drive past that stretch of MWay, but when I eventually did I got to the exact spot and noticed a solitary sunflower growing wild and standing tall in the central reservation. Funny where flowers grow. The sign says "Don't pick the flowers", but the wind can't read and it blows them away. | ||

Snatch 40kg x 2,2,2 50kg x 2,2 60kg x 2,2 70kg x 2 80kg x 2,2 90kg x 1 95kg x 1 100kg x 1,f,1,1 - The fail was an over adjustment at the bottom forcing me to dump it  Snatch pulls 110kg x 2 120kg x 2,2,2 110kg x 5,5,5 100kg x 5 from the hang. High bar squat 50kg x 5,5 90kg x 5 110kg x 5 130kg x 5 150kg x 2 160kg x 2 165kg x 2,2 Legs like jelly again! I'll get the vids on later. | ||
