Got a cold so didn't go boxing tonight.
Training Weds, Thurs, Fri, and Sat or Sun (probably Sat) so thought it was best to skip one now to gain later.
Feel pretty s**t, more mentally than physically but would have been exhausted.

id personally work on the strength then endurance... no point in being able to rep 80kg for 10* but not b able to press 90 if its 90 in the comp..

Did you mean strength then endurance or was it supposed to be than?
Either way, I will become both beast strong and conditioned as hell if it kills me!
It's not like I'm doing enough of either to obliterate any chance of the other Happy

It's like saying if you go for a run twice a week means that you can't squat the rest of the week!

It's only because I am a beast with all the meaning of the word, Traps. Sorry Unhappy

I might come on Sunday (instead of sat) to do axle c+j, farmers (going for 120), yoke (whatever my ass can handle), probably axle deadlift too since all you bas***ds are doing it.

I will not be doing axle DL mate. I have all the prep on that for the comp that my wrists can handle
