Training Weds, Thurs, Fri, and Sat or Sun (probably Sat) so thought it was best to skip one now to gain later. Feel pretty s**t, more mentally than physically but would have been exhausted. | ||

Front squats warmups 60x5 70x3 80x3 90x3 100x2 110x1 115x1 5k off pb! 100x3 bench 50x5 60x5 70x5 75x3 75x3 70x5 atrocious but will be worked on, doesn't tighten my shoulders | ||
