Thanks Mishima & RobHappy.

Iain I really do not want a cigar shaped PecRoll-Eyes , I would not mind a massive Cuban size something else thoughGrin.

You looked good in that shirt Thing, give it a few months training in it after Scotland Strongman, and I think you will hit some massive weights.

Martin I have no idea how big my chest is relaxed must be 46-48 Inch somwhere between that I think, I really appreciate any and every help you could give me MasterTongue, because I do not have a clueConfused.

Went to gym in Dumbarton today, took me half an hour to find the place, what a brilliant gym, and atmosphere, man it is great training in a real gymHappy.

Tried the Log Press, ask this big guy, great fella, and he told me to use the trainer one first to get used to it, but it has a massive bit in the middle, so I gave it a shot, my first time ever.

Log Press Trainer:

5 Sets 1 Rep 50/70/90/100/105KG, I was just curling this up, until my new pal said pick it up and sort of squat down with it then roll it up, so I will try this next time, the 105KG just few up real easy, just cleaning it was a bugger but pressin it was easy, I really though I would not even get the empty thing up by itselfEek.

Close Grip Bench Press Grip About 8-10 Inch Apart:

4 Sets 1/1/1/6 Reps 60/100/140/160KG real easy, did not feel any pain in pec holding this close.

Standing Barbell Curls:

4 Sets 1/1/1/2 Reps 60/80/90/100KG.

Lying Dumbell Fly's:

3 Sets 6/6/6 Reps 15/50/60KG Dumbells, these stil felt light I will try the 70KG Dumbells next time, first time I have ever used Dumbells over 47.5KG, I was shocked how light this was, my mate was saying a few guys mouths where hanging open seeing a wee guy like me doing thisGrin.

Will try the stones and the Farmers next time, it is amazing training in a gym that has good bars and great weights, the gym I train at just has smooth bars with no Knurling so everthying feels heavier, also I am sure the old Universal plates are way heavier than they say they are at my gym, really enjoyed the dayHappy.

Bodyweight 92KG.

Thanks Thing, it is brutal hard, I am in agony still from that sessionEek.

10 Inch Squats:

7 Sets 1 Rep 70/120/170/210/250/280/310KG, all held for 10 Seconds at top postition, Just doing these too get used to the Yoke when I get a chance to use one, I think these will help hopefullyRoll-Eyes.

Deadlift From Middle Of Knees:

6 Sets 1 Rep 70/120/170/210/250/285KG.

One Hand Deadlifts From Side In Smith:

5 Sets 40/60/70/80/90KG all held for 10 Seconds, think this will help my grip, for when I get a chance to Try the Farmers.

That's me now going to Incorporate some Strongman training into my routine, and maybe enter a novice under 105KG comp at end of year, but I really need someone to show me the ropes because I have not got a clue, Any one go to the Dumbarton Gym???

Bodyweight 92.4KGHappy, I am eating Finally.

Took it easy today still sore from tuesdayEek.

Standing Push Press:

6 Sets 1 Rep 60/80/90/100/110/120KG easy, just concentrating on speed.

Seated Partial Press Starting at Forehead Level:

5 Sets 1 Rep 60/80/100/120/130KG, really unusual doing this, my first time ever, I just used two of the Universal Squat stands, and I sat under it.

Power Cleans:

4 Sets 1 Rep 60/80/92.5/105KG, Stopped here, my biceps are agony.

Standing One Arm Deadlifts At Side Of Body:

2 Sets 60/80KG held for 10 Seconds, it is very hard to balance the olympic bar, but I think it will improve my grip.

Went to Dumbarton gym todayHappy.

Raw bench Press:

8 Sets 25/1/1/1/1/1/1/2 Reps 20/60/100/130/160/180/190/200KG, nice double at 200KG today, that's it now going to just concentrate on Reps at 180KG for next few weeks, Pec tear is just around the corner.

Log Press:

4 Sets 1/1/1/2 Reps 70/90/100/110KG, first time using this log ever, it is a steel one that weighs 70KG by itselfHappy.

Yoke:

10 metre walks with 40/60/100/160KG Of plates + the weight of the yoke don't know what yoke weighs, still easy, just was hard to get balance at first the thing was going everywhere like I was pissed, first time ever doing thisGrin.

Farmers:

10M with a turn then another 10M 10/20/40KG of plates each side of Farmers + whatever the farmers weigh, I have no idea, first time ever doing this.

Met a great guy called Craig he came 5th in Scotland's under 105KG strongman, at his first attempt at strongman, and he wants me to train with him, he thinks I might have potential, hopefully he calls, and I can start to train strongman for real now, I have found my new sport Strongman, I wish I tried this years ago it is BRILLIANTTongue.

Bodyweight 93KG YeahHappy.
