Solid work as per usual Stevie. When do you hope to be able to get training events every week?

When you do so, you will be a up there with the best 105s in Britain IMO

Cheers JC, I have no bad basic strength in the Basic Weight traing lifts, but as you know I do not train any strongman events at all, I just can't be arsed doing them myself.

So I am just working on Basic Powerlifts the now, and some Log Work, and more strict pressing, also I am upping the reps on everything to get a bit of Endurance strength, so I hope to make a bit of improvement when I start training events with Andy Cairney, and BigKen when they start back, also if stephen comes it will be someone to train with and we can motivate each other.

So hopefully my events will come onRoll-Eyes.

The only way I will be up with the best U105KG guys in Britain, is too get a tanking and come lastGrin.

steve you have some good numbers in recent training, you also have the right idea get the muscular endurance up for strongman and then your cardiovascular endurance will improve with practice of the events.

Easy session today in Dumbarton.

Deadlifts Do With Straps:

6 Sets 3 reps 60/100/140/180/220/250KG, wee bit of back pain on third rep so chucked it, I am going to go down to 220-230KG and aim for 10 Reps now for next few months.

Standing Strict Barbell Press:

3 Sets 6 Reps 60/80/100KG.

45 degree Incline IFSA Log Trainer Press:

5 Sets 5/5/5/5/3 Reps 50/90/120/140/160KG, yes I am upto 160KG on this after only 3 times doing it, this is very hard to roll upto shoulders it's harder than pressing the BUGGER, I also hold it at the narrow part to make it harder, I will try a shot at 180KG in 6 weeks and pout up a video Happy.

Bodyweight 97.5KG.

Cheers Thing, I put this down to not going for singles the last month, and trying to at least get 3-8 Reps out of everthying, more sort of Bodybuilding, and cutting my training times down to under 1 hour and going faster between sets maybe just 90-120 Seconds rest, I am not going to do any singles for at least 2-3 months the now, so as you say too develop a bit more endurance strength, which I realise is very important in StrongmanHappy.
