Yea Hayden, my wee forearms are bruised battered and ripped, it is stil AGONY, really hope they get tougherTongue.

10 Inch Squats:

7 Sets 70/120/170/210/250/290/325KG all held for 10 Seconds each, still felt easyish, will try heavier next week.

Dealift From Middle Of Knee Double OverHand With Straps:

6 Sets 1 Rep 70/120/170/210/252.5/290KG, no bad still wee bit left in my old bones, back seems to be holding out, just hope this Injury does not get worseUnhappy.

One Hand Deadlifts In Smith Machine:

6 Sets 20/40/60/80/100/120KG, all held for 10 Seconds, got someone to give me a lift up on the 100KG and 120KG and just held it, think this will help with my grip, the bar is smoothRoll-Eyes.

Bodyweight 93.7KG Yeah, really need to get my weight to about 100KG to get stronger, more full fat milk here I comeGrin.

Seated Press Rack Lockouts:

5 Sets 1 Rep 60/80/110/130/140KG, all held for 5 Seconds.

Powercleans:

5 Sets 2 Reps 20/40/60/85/102.5KG.

High Pulls To Lower Chest Height:

2 Sets 2 Reps 110/120KG.

Thanks Thing, I really appreciate your commentsHappy, hope I can get my seated press up to 140-150KG this year to be competitive in the under 105KG strongman.

The Pec is still sore, holding me back in the Bench big time, but since I am training for strongman now, I am not that really bothered, I think a raw 220KG was just around the corner as well, but not anymoreUnhappy.

Log Press:

3 Sets 1 Rep 50/70/90KG.
6 Sets 1 Rep 102.5KG, just working on speed and Technique, felt really easy.

Stones:

about 10-12 Sets picking the 80/90/100KG up to chest height, then tried the 110KG just lapped it but it felt easy, will try heavier next week, only my second time doing these, and I was bleeding on my forearms, it is agony, my wee skin is ripped off, man I am a WIMPGrin.

Yoke:

5 Sets yoke/40/80/140/180KG of plates + yoke, just walked 5 metres then dropped then turned then walked back 5 metres, that is all the room I have got to play with this the now.

Fat Bar Deadlifts From Top Of Knees:

First time using this ever, just wanted to see how it felt, I could only get my whole hand about 3/4 of way around this, really thought I would struggle with just a few plates but done no badHappy.

6 Sets 60/90/130/150/170/210KG all held for 5 Seconds, still had a lot left, but felt a bicep strain/pull in right arm, so stopped here, still painEek.

Farmers:

3 Sets 60/80/100KG walked for 10 meter's then turned then walked back.
1 Sets 130KG held for 10 Seconds.

Was f**ked after all this, strongman is great, I am only bruised, battered, ripped, pulled, strained, and shattered, I love itGrin.

150 strict oh press for 105 = world level bud.

nice session, use savlon on your forearms but another couple of weeks and the skin will thicken and toughen up.

6 Sets 1 Rep 50/70/90/100/105/110KG, really HARDRoll-Eyes, I was totally F*CKED after this.

70-75 degress Incline Press:

3 Sets 3 Reps 60/100/120KG.

Close Grip Bench.

4 Sets 3 Reps 60/100/140/160KG.

Seated Dumbell Tricep Extensions:

3 Sets 6 Reps 20/50/60KG.

Car Deadlift Thingmae Ma Bob Machine:

6 Sets 190/230/270/310/350KG + whatever frame weighs all held for 10 Seconds, first time doing this, felt suprisingly easy, think I could do an extra 30-50KG on this will trry next week.

Speed Power Cleans:

5 Sets 1 Rep 50/70/90/100/105KG.

Bodyweight 93.5KG.

with the hold try and get your times longer say to around the 25 to 30 mark. then increase the weight.
most strongman comps with the hold the weight will more than likely be between 380kgs to 340kgs in the hand.

Thanks thing, I will try and hold longer next time, I the log press is coming along real Slowly, think I am will break it down to log cleans 3 sets of 5 Reps then log presses same schemeHappy.

Raw 10 Inch Squats:

7 Sets 70/120/170/210/250/290/335KG all held for 10 Seconds, doing this for the yoke, so as I can at least lift the buggerGrin.

Deadlifts From Middle Of Knees Double Over Hand With Straps:

7 Sets 1 Rep 70/120/170/210/240/270/300KG, really happy with this, considering all my back INJURY'S.

One Hand Holds AT Side Of Body In Smith:

5 Sets 60/80/100/120/130KG all held for 10 Seconds, got a Hand up from 100KG on and just held the SODTongue.

I would look like Papa Smurf next to these guys and I would be outweighrd by 40-50KG, and I would come last in every event, and I would get bashed, beat, whipped, and get me arse handed to me in a plateGrin.

I am just starting the strongman, but will enter a novice under 105KG comp in say 6 months or so.

Seated Barbell Press:

7 Sets 2 Reps 20/40/60/80/100/110/125KG, I reckon I am a whisker off of getting 140KG in this in next few weeksCool.

6 Sets 60/100/120/130/150/170KG all held for 10 Seconds.

Hang Cleans:

4 Sets 3 Reps 40/60/80/90KG, just started these just working on technique at the moment, felt easy.

5 Sets 1 Rep 65/105/145/195/225KG.

Car Deadlift Simulator:

5 Sets 250/290/330/370/400KG + Machine all held for 10 Seconds.

Speed Cleans:

3 Sets 1 Rep 100KG.

Raw Bench:

3 Sets 25/20/15 Reps 20KG.
4 Sets 1 Rep 60/100/130/160KG.
3 Sets 3 Reps 180KG, easy just left pec still Hurting so will slowly rebuild up againAngry.

Raw Squat To A Parrallel bench:

5 Sets 1 Rep 60/100/140/180/210.
2 Sets 3 Reps 230KG.

Deadlifts Double OverHand With Straps:

4 Sets 1 Rep 60/100/140/180KG.
1 Set 5 Reps 220KG, happy with this, when I deadlifted 250KG I was only doing 3 Reps at this, so think I will try a max in a few weeksHappy.

Just trained my self today in Dumbarton, was meant to do 3 Sets of 3 Reps in everything but just could not be arsed, my training partner did not turn up, f**kING annoyingRoll-Eyes.

Bodyweight 93.6KG.
