Right todays session:

The gym was empty when I first came in so I did not bother benching, just done some raw lockout stuff:

6 Inch Bench Lockouts:

5 Sets 1 Rep 70/120/160/200/232.5KG, with a 5 second hold on eack lockout.

Bench Holds:

My mate came in and helped me here.

1 Set 260KG held for 10 Seconds.

Squat To Bench With 2 Second Pause:

5 Sets 1 Rep 70/120/180/220/250KG.

Deadlifts Double OverHand With Straps:

5 Sets 1/1/1/1/2 Reps 70/120/160/200/232.5KG, stopped at second rep on top set, felt a wee niggle in backAngry.

Lying Tricepo Extensions to The Nose:

3 Sets 1/1/3 Reps 60/80/100KG.

Standing Dumbell Curls:

3 Sets 3/3/2 Reps 15/30/45KG, weld came off right dumbell and one side fell off, freak accident weird Confused.

Going to drop weight on Bench and deadlift and go for sets of 5-8 Reps, getting slight Injury too Left Pec and Lower Back, and Sets of 5 In every other lift.

Bodyweight 92KGHappy.

I know Thing, the pain was pretty intense on the lockouts, I thought my pec was going to rip, I have a weird dull ache the now, I should have just not done it, just going to start doing reps at the 5-8 range for next 2-3 Months then try a single, hopefully this should heal itConfused.

Front Squats:

5 Sets 1 Rep 70/100/120/140/145KG, very easy, only second time I have ever done these, it is just balancing the weight, it is bloody hard, I just wrapped a towel around the bar, I know I am a WIMPGrin.

Standing Push Press:

4 Sets 1/1/1/3 Reps 70/90/102.5/112.5KG.

Deadlift from bottom of Knee Double OverHand With Straps:

6 Sets 1 Rep 70/120/170/210/240/270KG.

Power Cleans:

5 Sets 70/80/90/100/105KG.

Boidyweight 92KG

Raw Bench:
2 Sets 20/15 Reps 20KG.

5 Sets 1/1/1/1/4 Reps 70/100/130/150/180KG, 2 touch n Go and 2 Paused Reps, still have pain in left Pec stopped at 4 probably have 5-6 Reps if I push it, when I benched 205KG I was only doing 3 at 180KG, so I reckon I have a 210-215KG in me.

Raw Bench Squats 1 Inch above Parrallel:

5 Sets 1/1/1/1/2 Reps 70/120/180/220/250KG, very easy double at 250Happy.




Deadlifts Double OverHand With Straps:

5 Sets 1/1/1/1/2 Reps 70/120/160/200/230KG, still have a back Injury so stopped at 2Unhappy.

That's it just a wee easy routine today.

Bodyweight 92KG.

Thanks Thing, no that is the lowest bench they have, it really is a s**thole of a gym, do you know the address for the Gym in Dumbarton, that the strongmen work out in, I think I will try that, and try some strongman training as well, I am getting bored with just weights, I am really thinking about chucking it, if I can't get to try something elseAngry.

Push Press:

5 Sets 5/1/1/1/3 Reps 20/70/90/105/120KG, I can get them to lockout but I seem to be losing balance on every rep, and nearly falling overRoll-Eyes, does anyone know how to fix this pleaseHappy.

Deadlifts From Middle Of Knees Double Overhand With Straps:

6 Sets 1 Rep 70/110/150/200/240/280.

Power Cleans:

4 Sets 5/1/1/3 Reps 20/40/70/100KG.

Standing One Arm Dumbell Curls:

4 Sets 1 Rep 20/32.5/42.5/47.5KG Dumbells, heaviest dumbells in gym, still too light, just trying these because all the Pairs of Dumbells are broken, and there is only One of eachUnhappy.

Bodyweight 92KG.

Raw bench:

3 Sets 25/20/15 Reps 20KG.

5 Sets 1/1/1/1/3 & 1/2 Reps 70/110/140/160/190KG, Flu is away this week felt a lot stronger, but Pec Really hurting after this top set at 190KG, really think I would have been on for a raw 220KG, but I will have to cut back in weight now and up my Reps, f**kin really AnnoyingRoll-Eyes .



1 Down set 12 Reps 150KG, after 7 Reps paused all reps to see how many more I could get paused, really easy set but Pain was pretty sore againAngry.



Think I might invest in a Shirt and try it for a while, too many Injurys going raw now, anyone got any idea what the Best shirt would be for me, i.e. would allow me too increase my bench massively maybe 300KG+ obvoiusly with another year or too training in the shirt.

Done some Light Squats and deads and Chucked it, could not be arsed todayUnhappy.

take it easy on that pec steve but still awsome benching. i just got a f6 weird to use but its good its made by titan

Awesome work even if you don't consider flu and pec injury!! Go easy though if your pec is feeling a bit funky. You don't want to see it rolled up like a cigar!!
