Stephen I had a horrible virus last week, only trained on Tuesday, and nearly passed out, had to sit down for 20 Mins, felt very ill, then went on Saturday and the sweats started to pour off me, even a 100KG log for 1 rep felt heavy, so chucked it instantly, and just went to bed when I came back, still got a touch of it, but feel about 90% now. | ||

tender forearms Member 193, 337 posts | Still not feeling 100%. Raw Bench Press: 5 Sets 5 reps 60/90/120/150/180KG, shocked at this because the 60KG set felt heavy. Incline Bench: 3 Sets 8 Reps 50/80/110KG, stiopped here felt shattered. Seated Bicep Curls: 3 Sets 8 Reps 5/12.5/20KG, chucked it here. Bodyweight, do not now but this virus has made me not eat last week, so must be down to about 95KG. | ||
