Cheers Thing, I had a very easy day today just concentrating on some grip and technique work, Yep starting tommorrow I have another 9 week Russian Secret routine again, I am going to follow, it is easy the first few weeks, and working up to new PB'S at the end, so I will see how it goes, and I will work on my endurance and events more as well Trained In Dumbarton today, a very easy day. Power Clean and Strict Press: 8 Sets 1 Rep 40/50/60/70/80/90/100/110KG. Contenental Clean And Strict Press: 1 Sets 1 Rep 120KG, a new PB, and it was easy, stopped here had wee bit of pain in ripped bicep, happy with it anyways. Farmer Holds: 4 Sets 20 Second Holds 70/90/110/130KG. Stones: about 6-8 Sets of Technique work with just the 80/90/100KG stone. Bodyweight 97KG. | ||

tender forearms Member 193, 337 posts | Easyish Session today, have wee niggling injuries that are playing up the now, and was feeling SHATTERED 18 Deadlift Do With Straps: 7 Sets 1 rep 60/120/160/200/240/270/300KG. Steel Log Press not IFSA: 5 Sets 1 rep 70/90/100/112.5/120KG, was going to juck it at the 112.5KG but decided to give the 120KG a wee spin, and it flew up Dumbell Bench Press Mimicking Log Grip: 4 Sets 10 Reps 10/20/45/60KG Dumbells. Then went home, and passed out Bodyweight 97KG. | ||

tender forearms Member 193, 337 posts | Cheers Stephen, nae just a wee bit of legs, I nearly knockout myself out on the 120KG, cause I cleaned or rolled it so hard, it hit me on the upper shoulder bone, so had to wait 5 seconds to stop myself passing out Easy session today: Raw Bench Press: 4 Sets 5 Reps 60/100/140/170KG, very easy. Incline Bench: 5 Sets 3 Reps 60/100/120/140/160KG. Standing Dumbell Curls: 3 Sets 10 Reps 10/20/30KG Dumbells, felt a weird forearm strain in right arm, like I was going to drop the bell, so chucked it here. Bodyweight 97KG. | ||
