(It is only the second time I have tried it.) My lower back was creasing for the rest of the day though. | ||

I'd like to get these under 143 (my top end of UT2). I will then increase the time/distance for a couple of weeks before starting on a proper 12-week programme. I don't feel ready to jump straight into a programme yet because there would be no UT2 work, so I want to make sure I do some before I begin. Sorry I haven't been around much and in everyone's journals. I will endeavour to get on here more. | ||
