Bench looked strong considering it felt heavy. Why incline bench?

Rowing wasn't actually too bad. Just got to crack on with it!

For some weird reason I can't flat bench - it just hurts my left shoulder. Incline is fine though, so that's why I do it.

I would bench if I could do it pain free, but every time it try it it aggravates my shoulder, so this seems like the next best thing? Plus it seems to work the pecs a bit better, which I could definitely do with some more of; I have no chest!

Ian: I don't know mate. I think it's just wear and tear, possibly from the weightlifting.

John : I know it's for a good cause, but the events dont really excite me (that means I'm not strong enough to do the events Grin).
