LOL no chance of marking at that time, kids don't look after themselves! I'll be lucky to squeeze in anything when they're both up, so will have to do iton the evenings when they're asleep, which I hate doing TBH.

Burky: I'm doing the English Indoor Rowing champs at the end of January, so there'd be something wrong if there wasn't plenty of rowing in here!
I've not been to Train since the summer holidays, it's just not really convenient for me TBH. Not been to 3D for over a year now. They've just moved premises to a bigger place nearby. Would love to get down some time.
JC: the Oly session was terrible! Just not enough practise on the lifts.
I don't think I look that much younger, do I? Definitely more hair then though...
Would love to come to SAS on Sunday, but I've just got too much stuff I need to get done over the weekend, as in stripping a room and 6-7 hours marking... Have fun!

I agree, the oly session was disappointing for both of us but i did notice that you were a lot quicker under the bar than usual!

I feel like I don't have any power at all at the moment. Can only be a good thing to work on these... On the plus side, they did improve as they went in, but still felt far heavier than they should.

Quicker under a bar that I'm pulling up slower and standing up slower with than normal (or not at all!). Good to take the positive though!
LOL my deadlifts are very stiff-legged, although my proper stiff-legged deadlifts are considerably weaker than what I did the other day.
