I drop weight only 137,8kg drop weight but still feel strong

Just today train bench dead squat
Not always train max some times couple weeks drop weight but more lift or reps 8-10
I done small show today my mate have gym couple guys come to see me and my train bench dead squat I can't train this gym events only power lifting next week I come back every sun start train events
