| Think I drove after about 4 days lol had the stitches out after 9 , I get hardly any pain just weird nerve kind of things , I can almost put it above my head but have no strength in it. I wanted to be back a work fast but the Physio said the surgeon is the only 1 who can tell me yes or no ,I took my sling off after a few weeks as it was causing my back a neck a lot of grief. | |||

| Just been to my first Physio, can't do a lot for 6 weeks got to keep sling on , seen my notes as well had s massive tear to supraspinatus, f**ked my infraspinatus and my teras minor , she said she hadn't seen that b4 , I didn't think it was that bad to be honest, | |||

| Cheers mate , the weight loss is Goin to break me and the £87 p/w is s**t , the nerve blockers wore off last night about 2am so didn't sleep much , they gave me codien to take home so feeling abit better | |||

| Just got back from hospital from supraspinatus was completely severed at 1 end , said in my notes they only just managed to fix it , me hole arm shoulder is totally numb , been given a 2 month sick not and got to stay Physio from Saturday | |||
