Messing with squirrels never ends well. Did you know that Karl Grant evolved from a squirrel?

I always wondered how he got his Sugden name. It all makes sense now! Grin

I've never seen a squirrel hunting animals just because of a lack of nuts. Omnivores (which humans are) may have hunted more when there was a lack of nuts/vegetables/fruits etc. but a full on carnivore or herbivore would not alter their preference for either meat or vegetation due to lack of food.

We can argue back and forth forever but i have said all the facts about how our bodies are completely different to a meat eating mammal. My results will speak for themselves, before i'm done i'll have made so much progress that nobody could rightfully question my training or nutrition.

As much as I love a steak, I find a lot of red meat gives me awful heartburn and ruins my appetite. I don't feel as though I can metabolise it very well, I feel better eating eggs or dairy products for the majority of my protein. I get on well with fish for the best part, though. I actually went through a phase of fish only 'vegetarianism' to try to cure heartburn/reflux and still had no issue benching well over 500lbs. Humans don't need meat to be strong/big. One of my training partners is the exact opposite, he feels sluggish/sick after drinking whey but amazing after a steak or pork chops. Eat foods that suit you. There is no right and wrong.

It's definately a personal / genetic thing at this point, some will no doubt respond better to meat after a 1000 years of meat eaters before them but at a guess, since we have been around for such a tiny amount of time in the grand scheme, i would think the vast majority would still respond better to being veggie. At the least i know for myself it made a big difference. Now i am pretty easily holding over 300lbs without being on anything, where as even force feeding myself 5lb of meat and fish a day, i was struggling to hold 250lb and i had problems with my kidneys that nearly killed me.

External rotations 2 sets each arm
Cuban rotations 2 sets each arm

Shoulders playing up, going to try decline next pressing too, see how that feels. Id do dips but it fell off the wall the other time.

Want to do deads later but not sure how i'll do as my legs are crazy sore right now. Those leg presses were way harder than they should have been, must be because the machines old.
