Tyre Flip:
Few single one motions to warm up
5 flips
5 flips
Then a few more singles

Pretty comfortable now.

Loading:
80kg sandbag, 80kg sandbag, 80kg sandbag, 80kg sandbag x 12-15m

Did this four or five times. Not really heavy enough/difficult enough to pick up.

Had issues with the callous I tore last week. Blood pissing everywhere. Don't think it'll heal in time but well see.

Tyre + Sam Chesney x 5
Tyre + Dan Seaton x 5
Tyre + Dan Seaton + Sam Chesney + 20kg plate x 13

Heaviest ive ever done these and got 12 in about 20 seconds then lost my line but squeezed another. Felt good for 20reps plus with a time limit to work off.

Cylinder farmers:
52kg x 100m (stop and turn at 25m)
52kg x 100m
52kg x 100m
52kg x 100m

That f**ked me up royaly. I almost threw up. All sprints, all hard as f**k.

Seated row:
70kg x 8
70kg x 8
80kg x 8
80kg x 8

Face pulls to Finnish off.

Where's the bucket?!

He as been warned about the sandbags.... And the tyre. Grin

Are you getting upto SA before the comp??

the sandbags are hard, the tyre is bold (OSG tyre has a tread you can use to throw over, log my have slightly different handle`s. i coould go on, all different kit basically

A comp run through is a must imo.

I doubt it. I don't drive and can't afford to get a train or whatever.

I'll have to just wing it on the day.

Sandbag loading:
3 x 80kg sandbags x 15metres

Did this 5 times. Not particularly quick, wasn't feeling it.

Deadlift:
Bar x lots
70kg x lots
70kg x lots
120kg x 5
170kg x 1
220kg x 1
270kg x 1
300kg x FAIL (about mid thigh)

Really struggled tonight. I feel a bit over trained, burnt out and run down.

Not good so close to a comp. Rest today.
