Just couldn't lock my hips out!) 310kg x 1 Fail 300kg x 1 Fail (All energy was gone at this point) 285kg x 1 x 3 Felt so s**t after those fails. Didn't want anything to do with anything else. Front squats: Bar x Lots 60kg x 10 80kg x 5 100kg x 1 120kg x 1 130kg x 1 140kg x 1 140kg x 1 140kg x 1 140kg x 1 140kg x 1 Never really done these before so I'm taking 140kg as my PB. End. | ||

Reckon I could pull 290kg+ upto there. Going to concentrate on some 18inch for a few weeks. Axle cleans: I have this in an upcoming comp, 100kg for reps so started training tonight. Sam Chesney gave me some good advice as to how to belt clean. I have shamefully small hands and anuthing over about 65kg on an axle just rolls out of my thumbs 60kg x 5 80kg x 5 90kg x 3 100kg x 3 100kg x 4 100kg x 3 I was very tired when I came to these. Need to practice them a lot for this comp. End. | ||

I didn't feel right at all doing these but i'm happy with the pb. My training partner pushed me to do that second 270kg double, glad he did. Front squats: Bar x lots 60kg x 6 80kg x 3 100kg x 1 120kg x 1 120kg+chains x 1 145kg x 1 PB 145kg x 1 Was goosed before even starting these. Happy with the two pb's, in pain, Left it there.
