Back felt much better today so decided to train tonight.

15inch Deadlifts:
70kg x lots
120kg x lots
170kg x 3
200kg x 3
240kg x 3
240kg x 3
240kg x 3

Took it easy with this. Was very tentative.

Strict log:
62kg x lots
82kg x 3
92kg x 3
95kg x 3
102kg x 1
102kg x 1

Power cleans:
40kg x lots
60kg x lots
80kg x 1
100kg x 1
120kg x 1
130kg x 1 PB

Took it easy tonight despite feeling surprisingly strong. No pain from the back either which was a massive bonus.

I don't know about that mate. Them deadlifts were ridiculously light and nothing was maximal. Not even the PB.

Cheers pal! I know what you mean. It sounds like I'm bulls**tting but it was an "easy" day. Proven by the fact I didn't go heavier.

A few drops here and there. Grip is still s**t but is a lot better than it was 2 weeks ago.

Sandbag Loading:
Apparently we have a 105kg sandbag now. I assumed it was the biggest one and placed two platforms about 15m apart and loaded the bag, dropped it, then ran to the other platform to load it there. Did this 5 times for 3 sets.

I like loading, very easy.

Squats:
Bar x lots
60kg x lots
100kg x 5
140kg x 3
180kg x 1
200kg x 3
200kg x 3

These were tough due to a very low pick up, almost nipple height. The pickups and put backs took a lot out of me. Not ideal.

Bulgarian split squats(smith machine):
Bar x lots
40kg x 5
60kg x 5
70kg x 5
80kg x 3
80kg x 3
80kg x 3

Can't remember If these weights are right or not. Felt optimal for tonight though whatever they were.

Some plate pinching:
15kg x 10 secs x 4 sets

5 second rest between each drop.

You're very kind mate but it was. My arse is hurting so much from squatting, it's f**ked my entire body. I feel like I've been raped. Or shot. Or possibly both!
