Clean and Strict press: 70kg x 5 80kg x 5 90kg x 5 90 kg x 5 Shoulders were f**ked after the 140kg attempts. Left it there. Snatch: 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 End. | ||

It really isn't comfortable to pull from(Maybe my height??) I really didn't enjoy it but I'm happy with the 280kg.
