140kg x Fail

140kg x Fail...... And so on.

Don't know how many times I tried this.... It was locked out on every one but something different went wrong each time, lost my balance, threw it out in front etc. Extremely frustrating but is well within my abilities.

Clean and Strict press:
70kg x 5
80kg x 5
90kg x 5
90 kg x 5

Shoulders were f**ked after the 140kg attempts. Left it there.

Snatch:
60kg x 3
60kg x 3
60kg x 3

End.

Haha. Filth ??

I start a strength and conditioning unit at university on thursday and need to get the 2 olympic lifts down to a tee. Turns out I really enjoy the snatch, even if it is only the second time doing it.

Never done this height before... It really isn't comfortable to pull from(Maybe my height??) I really didn't enjoy it but I'm happy with the 280kg.
